Additional Information / Policies

Student Enrollment

• This package is for one student only

• Complimentary access, recordings, and lesson materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed

Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Make up classes may be arranged subject to availability

• Lessons cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will still be counted as completed sessions

• Excessive repeated rescheduling may result in loss of the reserved lesson slot

Refund Policy

• Once the programme has started, the package fee is non refundable

• In exceptional circumstances, unused lessons may be reviewed on a case by case basis

Package Validity

• The package is valid for 12 months from the start date

• Unused lessons after the validity period will be forfeited

• The 2 complimentary revision classes must also be used within the same validity period

Scope of Support

The programme includes:

• Live lessons

• Class recordings

• Topical and past paper guidance

• General exam technique support

The programme does not include:

• 24/7 on demand tutoring

• Full assignment completion services

• Unlimited marking outside scheduled lessons

• Additional unscheduled classes unless separately arranged

Tutor Availability

• Senpai Corner may reschedule a class with reasonable notice if necessary

• Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible
