Hi! i am Ivan, a final-year Mechanical Engineering (Honours) student at Monash University Malaysia. My professional journey spans engineering, business development, and sustainability, where I have contributed to process automation, HVAC design, and R&D projects that achieved cost savings of nearly RM10,000, alongside founding Prima Envirotech Solutions to promote eco-friendly products. Beyond industry, I have a strong passion for teaching and mentorship; as a home tutor, I guided two IGCSE students in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, helping them improve their grades from C to A, and as a 2nd Dan Black Belt Taekwon-do mentor, I trained more than 15 students aged 8 to 18, instilling discipline, confidence, and teamwork. My teaching philosophy is that learning should be interactive, engaging, and fun, where students feel comfortable and supported. I strive to innovate in my teaching methods, treat everyone equally and as a friend, and believe that we grow and learn together throughout the journey.
